He builds agentic architectures: orchestration and tool use, multi-step workflows with explicit state and sensible failure handling. His retrieval work is grounded in a client’s own data, with permission-aware indexes so what comes back respects who’s asking. For a global communications firm, that meant automated media classification that turned a two-to-three day manual reporting cycle into a scheduled job. For an engineering group, a six-agent system spanning publications, reporting, presentations and meeting actions.

His background is enterprise IT, across financial services, telecoms, media and automotive, and it shows in how he designs. Deepest in the Microsoft stack, fluent across AWS and Google Cloud, with evaluation, guardrails and governance in from day one rather than bolted on before go-live: eval sets that catch regressions before users do, checks for PII and prompt injection, and tracing that answers what a system cost and why it said what it said.

The outcome is consistent: fewer pilots, and more workflows that replace whole processes entirely.
