After more than a decade leading AI strategy and adoption for global agencies and enterprises - including designing and launching the AI Solutions Unit at WPP's largest communications agency - Jess founded Apply AI to help organisations turn AI from an abstract concept into a practical, embedded business advantage.

She works across sectors to build AI literacy, define credible strategy, and design AI operating systems that deliver measurable impact.

Head of AI

Sujay brings over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT, specialising in generative AI engineering and cloud-native architecture. He designs and implements scalable AI systems by integrating large language models, modern data pipelines, and resilient infrastructure.

With a strong foundation in infrastructure engineering and AI solution design, Sujay focuses on building secure, high-performance, production-grade platforms that enable organizations to operationalize AI at scale.

Junior AI Engineer

An MSc Robotics graduate from the University of Manchester, she brings hands-on experience across AI, computer vision, real-time embedded systems and applied machine learning — from a robot-held cranial drilling system using U-Net segmentation, sensor feedback and inverse kinematics for millimetre-level surgical precision, to an offline facial recognition system that won the MINeD Hackathon at Binghamton University.

At Apply AI, Drishti focuses on the engineering layer: data pipelines, model integration, vision and embedded use cases, and the applied ML work that sits behind the agents.
