What we did
Built a custom automation pipeline that ingests client briefs, whether PDF, form, or shared doc.
Designed a system using off‑the‑shelf tools enriched with tailored logic to parse and categorize core brief elements: goals, deadlines, budgets, stakeholders.
Integrated an AI assistant layer to auto-generate draft proposals based on parsed input, pre-populated templates, and existing client knowledge.
